Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

In this apartment you can start your rest from day one with a relaxed view of the lake. For excursions into nature, you can cycle from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. You can log in to Netflix & Co. with your own account on the TV. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Outside of Kiels, the Marutendorf estate is located in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the farm's own lake.
