The villa is beautifully located in a large garden overlooking the sea and the high Møn. The house is part of Theater Møn, a former school, which is a theater and cultural center, where theater performances are regularly held, and various events are held, but it takes place in the other houses of the place. The villa for rent is the old inspector's house, completely renovated, with its own exit to the garden. It is newly renovated and tastefully decorated and suitable for one or more families renting the house together.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

A dining table is set with dishware and a fruit bowl, overlooking a spacious garden. Modern patio furniture is visible on the stone terrace, with lush greenery and distant water views enhancing the tranquil setting.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. The self-contained apartment offered here has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and small living / dining room with a fantastic view of the water. The house is in the best residential location of Stralsund. Via the promenade you can reach the harbour and the old town, which belongs to the world heritage site of Unesco, within walking distance in a few minutes. Our house has a limited number of free parking spaces in the yard.

There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with indoor whirlpool, 40 m² roof terrace with views over Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra relaxation area with relaxation loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Enjoy a break with friends or family in this noble place. Manor house with plenty of space in stately rooms. On the first floor, you have an exclusive 100 m² fireplace room with a country kitchen. On the 2nd floor, there are 6 bedrooms with new box-spring beds and en-suite bathrooms, which can be reached via a small staircase from the fireplace room or via the main staircase. In the manor house, there is also a small restaurant "Hofküche" on the first floor.
