Located on the second floor, on the market side, with low wooden beam ceiling and historic windows. Away from the tourist crowds at the entrance to the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park. Close to nature but with infrastructure: gastronomy, organic shop, handicrafts, ceramics and a very special bookstore in the immediate neighborhood.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and sauna. In the upper part is the living-bedroom with a wooden beamed ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed ( about 80x190cm).

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The apartment with private entrance is located in a detached house just 3 km away from the Hanseatic and World Heritage City of Stralsund. The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike and cycle. Shopping and a restaurant can be found in the village. The closest supermarket is about 3 km away. Stralsund offers all guests a beautiful ambience with its old town and its harbor as a gateway to the Baltic Sea.

Enjoy a vacation on our orchard meadow in rural idyll. Here you can be for yourself and relax. The camper has a cozy sitting area overlooking the horse paddock, a small kitchenette, solar power and a double bed. In the nearby manor house (about 100 m) are the toilets and the shared bathroom as well as the possibility to use Wi-Fi. The extensive property with a park invites you to explore & relax.
