Margarete Vacation Rental - Pohnstorf Manor

The apartment "Margarete" in the annex of the farmhouse, originally built as a conservatory, is an independent residential unit with its own entrance. It stretches over approx. 130 m² on two levels and consists of four rooms. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, kitchenette with dishwasher as well as a spacious bathroom with large bathtub. In the living room there is a fireplace and the farmhouse garden can be reached directly from there via the balcony staircase.

Das Haus liegt 100m von einem See und Spielplatz entfernt. In dem Einfamilienhaus befindet sich ein sanierter Ziegenstall mit separatem Eingang, wo ihr unterkommen würdet. Es ist ein Raum mit Küche , Essgelegenheit und halbhohem Bett . Mit dem Rad benötigt man 15 bis zum Hauptbahnhof und 10min bis zum Supermarkt. Zur Ostsee/Fähre nach Dänemark sind es nur 20min und zur Autobahn 10min. Gerne könnt ihr unser SUP nutzen . Auch eine kleine Sitzecke im Garten steht euch zur Verfügung

In our apartment with a view of the Bodden, you can enjoy pure nature. Wake up with a view of the rising sun over the Bodden, enjoy your breakfast on the terrace with a view of the grazing cattle herd on the meadows of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park. Watch the flight of the sea eagle or watch it on the edge of the Bodden shore. Listen to the calls of the cranes and follow their flight on their return in the evening to their sleeping places on the Bodden.

Hofgut Gurvitz is a district of Rambin, in the quiet southwest of the beautiful island of Rügen. Surrounded by fields right on the edge of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park, far away from main roads, you can enjoy the silence and nature of the island. From the terrace you have a panoramic view of the Strelasund, the Kubitzer Bodden, as well as the Hiddensee lighthouse on the horizon at night. To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
