The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

"Stralsund" 65 m² quiet on the outskirts of the city with balcony

Are you looking for a bargain price, but need your privacy, enough space and a feel-good atmosphere on vacation? There is plenty of space for a good price. "Stralsund" has a separate entrance and a size of 65 m². A free private parking space is available directly in front of the house. It is very quiet, only local traffic (cul-de-sac). It is located 5 km north of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. The nearest guarded swimming area (Stralsund city pool) is only 6 km away.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Shopping and a restaurant can be found in the village. The closest supermarket is about 3 km away. Stralsund offers all guests a beautiful ambience with its old town and its harbor as a gateway to the Baltic Sea.

Enjoy a vacation on our orchard meadow in rural idyll. Here you can be for yourself and relax. The camper has a cozy sitting area overlooking the horse paddock, a small kitchenette, solar power and a double bed. In the nearby manor house (about 100 m) are the toilets and the shared bathroom as well as the possibility to use Wi-Fi. The extensive property with a park invites you to explore & relax.

Workshop 2

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

Beautiful + charming in the heart of Stralsund's old town

The bright, sunny and charming two-room apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a modern residential building in a small side street and is still very centrally located. The pedestrian zone is just around the corner. Harbour, museums, cinema, theater, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
