The Jacuzzi is completely private with access from the 2nd Living Room and is part of the Main House and never shared. You share no common spaces. The Main House is completely Private and for your use only.

Relax at The Bunkhouse, a budget friendly suite with queen bed, futon & kitchenette. It is best suited for 2 adults & 2 children. The Bunkhouse is located on the Verde greenbelt with trees & grass. We are a safe and secure gated community with great neighbors. There are kids & pets, so please drive slowly on our country road. The Bunkhouse is conveniently located in the heart of Cottonwood; a short drive to Jerome, Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff & Phoenix
