“I would highly recommend Kathryn’s place for any out of town travelers or local AZ residents such as myself and my family. Due to the difficult time we were all experiencing in regards to the pandemic, my family and I were trying to think of a way to have a nice birthday party for my Granddaughter who was turning 8. Because all the fun “kid-related” venues were closed, along with parks, community swimming pools, etc., my Daughter jokingly suggested renting an Airbnb for the event. Long story short, that’s exactly what we did. We found Kathryn’s place. What her home had to offer, along with the location and price, we all said YES! Everything was perfect for us. My 3 Granddaughters along with a few invited friends, had a great time and we all felt very comfortable there during our 1 night stay. Would highly recommend to others and we would like to once again thank Kathryn and her family for sharing her home with my family!”

“Wow this was truly the most amazing vacation in the middle of Covid-19 just want I needed. So much privacy at the cabin. So many great things about this cabin, it's an a-frame which just makes it cool already, the wood floors, the great window light, that it's dog friendly, in the middle of nature and very quiet. The best part for us is we brought our mountain bikes and if you go out the backyard there is trails that go on for miles and miles. We ended up going 20 miles one day and 10 another day on different trails. Even road our bikes to the local market which was cool. All around great space, great host, great location it worth every dollar.”

“It was very clean and advertised correctly in the pictures! It was such a relaxing stay in a quiet neighborhood. There were good restaurants and breakfast places nearby. Bryan was very attentive to any needs and was very informative about things to see/do in Phoenix. We had a great experience and was better than we expected!”
