The Cheery Lynn Historic District is located in the heart of Phoenix. The community has a distinct mix of English Tudor, Spanish Colonial, and Craftsmen Bungalow style homes. It’s a great central location to be able to explore Phoenix. The main house and casita were built in 1932 and has been featured in the Arizona Republic Newspaper. “We were impressed with so many of the attributes of this Airbnb. It was our first stay and we were blown away. The casita itself was well laid out, had more than enough room, great shower and bathroom, a quiet private patio and comfortable bed. We were impressed with all of the toiletries like the soaps, body wash, and hand soap along with the variety of towels supplied. The breakfast bar had a great spot for morning coffee and very comfortable high-top chairs with a back. This was a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The location was central to all the different venues we went and there are a number of close by eating options that provided a variety. Nino's Greek Cafe, Casual Pint, Dos Los Melinos, In N"Out Burger to name a few.”

“I would highly recommend Kathryn’s place for any out of town travelers or local AZ residents such as myself and my family. Due to the difficult time we were all experiencing in regards to the pandemic, my family and I were trying to think of a way to have a nice birthday party for my Granddaughter who was turning 8. Because all the fun “kid-related” venues were closed, along with parks, community swimming pools, etc., my Daughter jokingly suggested renting an Airbnb for the event. Long story short, that’s exactly what we did. We found Kathryn’s place. What her home had to offer, along with the location and price, we all said YES! Everything was perfect for us. My 3 Granddaughters along with a few invited friends, had a great time and we all felt very comfortable there during our 1 night stay. Would highly recommend to others and we would like to once again thank Kathryn and her family for sharing her home with my family!”
Our newly built tiny home is in the heart of West Sedona. It’s is a spacious zen Tiny home (420 sq ft including the loft). Wake up to breathtaking views from an Queen size tempurpedic mattress. The kitchen has a hot plate and convention oven to make amazing meals with. And of course a coffee maker with organic beans. We leave fresh organic cream and granola for every guest. There’s also a whirlpool tub. The tiny home is on a quiet street but close to everything. There’s a ladder up to the loft.
“Cat was a pleasure to communicate with and her tiny home exceeded our expectations. It was located centrally to all the hikes we were interested in doing. We ended up having quite a bit of rain all three days we were in the area so we spent more time at the Airbnb than originally planned, thankfully it was cozy and comfortable! I will say there’s not much as far as entertainment in the tiny home if you find yourself stuck inside due to weather (like us). There was a deck of cards we found in a drawer otherwise no other games or record player/music. We brought our iPad and watched a movie one night as we listened to the rain which was nice. Overall, lovely stay and we would recommend Cat’s place to anyone going to Sedona! :)”
