I have converted a good portion of my home into a one bedroom suite, with a queen Murphy Bed, private entrance, kitchenette, living area, and private bath. Our home is at the foot of the San Francisco peaks (Cheshire subdivision) and guests have the SECOND floor (includes 1 bedroom). A separate entrance off the second floor deck leads to the cozy penthouse with cathedral ceilings, views of the San Fran peaks off the balcony & bedroom, a full private bathroom, a kitchenette, and a tv/living room (w/futon) -- perfect for your get-away! Second floor accommodations are good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids).
