Modern, and luxe house on beautiful location

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

A modern living area features sleek leather sofas and a striking light fixture hanging above. Natural light fills the space through large glass doors that open to the outside. The design is complemented by wooden beams and a patterned area rug on the floor.

Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. The old rectory, built around 1712, invites you to linger after more than 50 years of vacancy and a complete monument renovation. The focus of the renovation was on preserving the original building fabric, as well as the use of natural building materials. Natural stone floors, new and old Oak planks, clay plaster, lime colors and solid wood kitchen paired with crooked walls and design classics give the old rectory a very special charm that we are happy to share with you!

A distinct fireplace is centered against a textured brick wall, featuring a unique triangular copper hood. Decorative pampas grass adds a natural accent beside a circular arrangement of firewood, complementing the warm tones of the room.

Our apartment is idyllically located in Schönecken, opposite the historic castle, surrounded by the natural splendor of the Eifel. Here you will find peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and yet all amenities in Schönecken are easily accessible. The surroundings offer activities for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. Of hikes and bike rides and much more. The nearby town of Prüm also offers shopping and cultural attractions.
