Well situated, recently refurbished, ground floor studio apartment in the charming and quiet area of Dommeldange. There is a free parking space on site, as well as an outside terrace to enjoy (also for the smokers). The TV has a guest Netflix account and the wifi signal is good. There are a few good local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance however there are excellent transport links to get you into the city as the train station and bus stops are 2min away.

I make my property available when I'm abroad. This designer Duplex, completely renovated facing the forest (180 m2) has 2 large terraces as well as all the equipment for cooking. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Nespresso machine. Bose speaker. As my concept is to leave my home without any extra charge, cleaning etc., I like guests to take care of it and return it to me in a correct state of cleanliness. Possibility of luggage storage on your departure date.

My house is located on the southern outskirts of Ulmen, is very centrally located in Weidenstraße 7A – not far from the Ulmener Maar and the castle ruin. A few years ago, there was still an old barn on this property, which my brothers lovingly converted into a characterful and rustic country house. On the cozy wooden terrace you can end the day and enjoy the idyll of the evening.
