Das dreistöckige Haus aus den 1920er Jahren mit einem modernen Anbau und Blick ins Grüne befindet sich im gewachsenen Ortsteil Neunkirch von Sarreguemines. Im Erdgeschoss spielt sich das tägliche Leben ab mit Landhausküche, Büro/Wlan, Esszimmer und dem 56 Quadratmeter großen Living mit Blick in den Garten. Im ersten und zweiten Stock befinden sich jeweils die Schlafzimmer plus je ein Bad und jeweils separate Toilette. Im Carport ist Platz für zwei Autos. Der intime Garten lädt zum Relaxen ein.

Modern, and luxe house on beautiful location

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Das alte Pfarrhaus, erbaut um 1712 läd nach über 50 Jahren Leerstand und einer kompletten Denkmalsanierung nun wieder zum verweilen ein. Der Fokus der Sanierung lag auf dem Erhalt der ursprünglichen Bausubstanz, sowie der Verwendung von Naturbaustoffen. Natursteinböden, neue und alte Eichendielen, Lehmputz, Kalkfarben und Vollholzküche gepaart mit krummen Wänden und Designklassikern verleihen dem alten Pfarrhaus einen ganz besonderen Charme, den wir gerne mit euch teilen!

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et paisible Ancienne dépendance du château de Vrémy (Orangerie, écurie) Vous vous y sentirez bien avec son espace extérieur de plus de 200m2 avec plusieurs coins repas possible, une ancienne serre, une terrasse où les ânes et chevaux miniatures vont venir vous réclamer des pommes!!!! et sa magnifique piscine. Attention, les fêtes, anniversaires, événements, mariages etc sont interdits. La propriété est louée pour 6 personnes maximum.
