2017 erbautes Appartment im Zentrum von Trier, Residenz an den Kaiserthermen, Top Ausstattung , mit sicherem Tiefgaragenplatz. Die Fussgängerzone von Trier und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar und liegen in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Die Universität ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle zur Uni liegt ca. 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Perfekt für Städtereisende, Luxemburgpendler ,Langzeitgäste sowie Dienstreisende und Urlauber.

Die helle und freundliche Wohnung mit Wohn- und Schlafraum befindet sich im Gartengeschoss unseres Hauses, das über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist. Sehr gute Busanbindung zur Innenstadt. Im Stadtteil gibt es ein Café, einen Eissalon, zwei Pizzerien und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (10 Min Fußweg) und viel Grün. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten finden sich auf dem Grundstück oder direkt vor dem Haus oder in der Hauptstraße, 100m vom Haus.

Innenstadtnahe im Januar 2021 renovierte Zweizimmerwohnung, ca. 250 m von der PortaNigra entfernt. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Mittelgeschoss und nur über eine Treppe erreichbar. Der kleine Flur führt in das Wohnzimmer mit kleiner Kochnische (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Doppel-Induktionskochplatte). Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr, Töpfe, Gewürze, Öl, Essig vorhanden. Schlafzimmer: 160 x 200 cm Doppelbett, Kommode und Kleiderstange. Bad mit Dusche und WC. WLAN. Parkplatz.

Das Apartment bietet jeglichen Komfort. Über Parkettboden, Fussbodenheizung, Spülmaschine, voll eingerichteter Küche, 40-Zoll HD-TV bis zur Mini-Bibliothek ist alles vorhanden. Natürlich ist kostenloses W-LAN inbegriffen. Geschlafen wird auf einem 140 cm Boxspringbett und einer super gemütlichen 130 cm Schlafcouch. Das eigene, private Badezimmer mit Fussbodenheizung befindet sich Tür an Tür zum Wohnbereich. Meine Wohnung und ein weiteres Zimmer sind durch einen Flur getrennt.

The "Residence at the Kaiserthermen", built in 2017, is located just a few minutes from the center of Trier. A tastefully well-equipped small and quaint apartment, about 21 sqm in size. Accessibility from the apartment: all (historical) attractions of and within the city center (about 7 min walk), bus stop to the University of Trier (50m), the Academy of European Law (5 min walk), bus line 303 to Luxembourg (about 7 min walk), shopping (2km walk or into the city center).

Quiet Eifel Escape, met uitzicht op de vallei

Mijn man en ik bieden aan: een ruim (90m2) appartement van alle gemakken voorzien op tuinniveau. Aan de rand van een klein dorpje in de Eifel, met vrij uitzicht over het agrarische heuvellandschap met bossen. Onderkomen is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kinderen 8 tot 12jr verblijven gratis. neem contact op voor u boekt. Rust en ruimte! Eigen parking en entree. Terras en tuin (2000m2). Honden zijn welkom. The fully equipped apartment is located in the central city center of Trier. It is a three-minute walk from the Porta Nigra and thus in the central pedestrian zone of Germany's oldest city. The apartment was completely renovated in summer 2019. Shopping facilities of all kinds, bars, restaurants, museums and the train station are within walking distance. Hosting is a matter close to our hearts. We go to great lengths to make our guests feel at home.
