The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.

After the cessation of grinding operations, the ground and first floor were carefully converted into a holiday apartment, with the special feature that the mill technology could be completely preserved and thus it has remained fully operational to this day.
