Nostalgic new holiday home for 6 people in the old barn building. The entire home is on the ground floor and built in the old spa hotel style of 1930. We live in the main house on the property, at the end of a quiet gravel road, with nice quiet and rural surroundings. We are a family with 2 children. We have horses, dwarf goats, cats, dogs. We want our guests to experience a relaxed atmosphere of country idyll, nostalgia and comfort. The holiday home has its own small garden and a cozy wooden terrace with a garden pavilion.

Annexe sleeps 2 (not optimal during winter months) The heart of the house is the amazing large kitchen living room & living room with tilt ceilings, wood-burning stove & 50" LED TV. Raise/lower table with 2 screens, exit to 2 beautiful terraces, 1 daybed/bed. TV in all bedrooms, internet, large enclosed garden, carport.

Totally renovated (in 2018) independent annex of 30 m2 - with private entrance for 2 people. Private bathroom with shower and towels and hand soap. Room contains private kitchen with large oven and microwave. Induction hobs - various pots, pans, bowls and cutlery. Large fridge/freezer. Electric kettle. Dining area. The room also contains 2 single beds (which can be pushed together). Wardrobe and hangers. Very centrally located on a closed villa road in quiet surroundings - close to the stadium, forest and city center.
