Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

It is part of our house, but forms its own unit with separate entrance, shower bath, pantry, as well as its own large terrace with dining table and outdoor sofa. The new light-flooded terrace apartment in the heart of Lübeck has two beautiful rooms. Bathroom, furniture, kitchen and walk-in closet are new. Parking spaces are directly in front of the house. The spacious, sunny terrace invites you to linger in the countryside. Living space is about 50 square meters. The old town island, Wakenitz and the city park are in front of the door. The Baltic Sea is 12 km. Children and handsome pets are welcome.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance.
