The Towner

Conveniently located to some of the best spots Eastern Ky has to offer, and yet, The Towner still has the small town country charm that has come to be expected of the Red River Gorge area. Guaranteed clean and comfortable!! Perfect for extended stays or short “getaways”. Located within city limits, The Towner is perfect for those who like adventure with the convenience of the city. Red Door Cabin Two

6 unique cozy and newly built cabins located in the beautiful and serene Red River Gorge area. Family owned and operated, Behind the Door Property Consulting. Less than 15 minutes for Miguels & Nada Tunnel, 45 minutes from Lexington, KY, and easy access to local Kroger. Each property has a dedicated outdoor grill and there are 3 shared fire pits on property. These are cabins in RRG and each cabin is equipped with internet, but cell service and internet can be spotty as is the whole area!

This open floor design features live edge tables, a large 75” screen tv with internet based channels, great wifi & an amazing view of the mountains & sunrises right outside your door! This cabin is located just a mile or two off the Slade, KY exit on top of a ridge in Red River Gorge. Built by Paul Rhodes in his spare time, this passion project took over six years to complete and boasts a uniqueness unrivaled by other accommodations.
