Die "Kleine Kate" liegt mit der Reetdachkate und dem Gartenhaus auf einem ca. 10 000 qm großen Grundstück. Wiesen, Moorflächen, alte Bäume, bilden die Umgebung. Die Grundfläche beträgt ca. 50 qm. Der Raum ist zwischen 2,2 m im Wintergarten und 4,6 m im Essbereich hoch. Über eine Holzleiter kommt man auf die Schlafebene. Das Bett ist (2 x 1,4) m groß. Alternativ kann ein Schlafsofa im Erdgeschoss genutzt werden. Das Haus wurde 2019 komplett renoviert. Eine ca. 35 qm große Terrasse gehört dazu.

Schönes EinRaumAppartement im historischen Ortskern. Auf dem Grundstück der Naturheilpraxis haben wir ein kleines Fachwerk-Häuschen renoviert. Fünf Gehminuten in die Natur. Abschalten vom Alltag, zur Ruhe kommen und zu sich selbst finden, Entspannung für Körper und Geist. Bewegung ist Leben, eine Wanderung, ein Radausflug, oder ein Spaziergang, einfach geniessen. Massagen und Behandlungen können in der Praxis individuell gebucht werden. Brave Haustiere sind willkommen. Wir freuen uns auf sie!

Furnished apartment in a quiet blind alley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers

Small but nice studio apartment in the heart of the old town of Stade. 3-5 minutes walk to the train station and city center, in a quiet location and just a few minutes from the meadows in the Schwingetal. The medical clinics can also be reached quickly on foot. Free parking space at the house. This studio is one of the cheapest ways to visit our beautiful old town and offers a good starting point for trips to Alte Land.
