The Goat-el at Old 40 Farm

Spend your night in the most unique "barn" you'll ever find. Complete with a full bath & shared with 20+ goats, 2 ponies, and other farm animals, you're sure to have a memorable stay (the animals have their own space). There is also a walking path to a small pond on the property & ample free parking. Should you time your stay right you could join in on goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

Bourbon Trail Country Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is on 5.8 acres and is on the historic Bourbon Trail. The house has a master on the main floor with a queen bed connected to the bathroom. Also, bathroom access from the hallway. There is a large upstairs sleeping space that has one queen bed and two twin beds. Beautiful wrap around porch. There is a separate over the garage apartment across the large driveway that accommodates 2 people as it is a one bedroom with a queen bed. Listed as Bourbon Trail Country Class.

Our Sunset House is the perfect place for the whole family, a weekend getaway, or retreat on the 55 acre farm. 28 mins from spooky nook sports complex If you are planning a visit to Miami University or brookville lake the home is located less than 10 minutes from campus And 15 from the lake. a perfect place to unwind, but also be close to shopping and food.
