Welcome to Sloan's Lake! This duplex is two blocks from one of the most popular lakes in Denver. Beautiful boho vibes and lots of natural sunlight. Very clean and comfortable space with Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. Enjoy the outdoor space relaxing in the hammock or watching the sunset. Take the bikes for a spin around the lake. This house is a bit of a unicorn. A gorgeous, restored/updated carriage house on a 1-acre urban farm/garden just a block from one of the hippest neighborhoods in Denver (1.5 miles from downtown). You can walk to dozens of top-notch restaurants and shops and come back home to utter tranquility as you sit on your porch overlooking our gardens, orchard, and vineyard. We also have a brand new regulation Pickleball court! Guests are welcome to share the harvest seasonally. Open to dogs, no cats.

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.

The home is spacious and comfortable with mid-century modern decor, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and a fully stocked kitchen that will satisfy the most discerning chef.
