Beautiful log cabin 400m away (approx. 7 minutes on foot) to Lake Bernstein. Very quiet location in the "old" building area of ​​the complex, with beautiful small houses, most of which are used as weekend or holiday homes. The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and invites you to relax. Nice functional accommodation for some time near Wolfsburg. A private bathroom, TV and Internet also allow longer stays. Above all, the residential unit is closed and no room has to be shared. A kitchen is not available, but a kettle, and a cooler as well as cups are. The Lüneburg Heath is also close by. Washing facilities are available in the shared basement with electric clothes dryer. Parking is not a problem in front of the house.

It is an apartment located in our house, hence, you live with me and my family under one roof. The apartment is located directly in the southeast of Gifhorn, near Volkswagen, the Autostadt and Gifhorn's famous mill museum (Mühlenmuseum).

The basement apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished in August 2023. Due to the basement location, it remains pleasantly cool in the summer months and insulated warm in the winter months. The apartment is newly furnished and equipped. The basic equipment also includes powerful, free Wi-Fi and MagentaTV Smart. The bedroom offers separate sleeping accommodations for two people.
