The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

The apartment is in the heart of Wernigerode. Tours are possible in all directions. Cyclists are welcome. The apartment is for max. 2 people. It is located about 5 minutes' walk from the center. A stop for the city bus is about 30 meters away. The apartment is a self-contained apartment and is on the ground floor. No car parking space available. ATTENTION! The apartment is located on Federal Highway 244. Unfortunately, traffic noise is also to be expected during peak hours.

Our apartment has been family-owned for over 100 years and has always been home to people who had a close connection to the Harz Mountains: as farmers of cows in the Upper Harz Mountains, as foresters in the forest and as passionate hikers and nature lovers. Times have changed, but our apartment wants to take up this tradition and pay homage to the Harz Mountains – while at the same time offering a modern style and a high level of comfort. Moderne und helle Ferienwohnung in der 3. Etage mitten in der Altstadt von Wernigerode – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Rathaus entfernt. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer im ausgebauten Dachgeschoss, das über eine Treppe erreichbar ist – ideal als Kinderzimmer. Dazu gibt es einen offenen Wohnbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Duschbad und ein separates WC. Parken ist im nahegelegenen Parkhaus gegen Gebühr möglich.

This beautiful apartment with its loft-like character allows an almost 360-degree view over the rooftops of the Schlossberg. In the center of the living area there is a beautiful fireplace with a side reading corner and a cozy sofa overlooking the flickering fireplace. In the entrance area, next to the daylight bathroom with shower, there is a small kitchenette with dining area for morning breakfast including a view over the old town of Quedlinburg.

On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.
