1-room apartment in the basement of a beautiful detached house. Private entrance, private bathroom. Centrally located, but very quiet! Just a few steps to U-Bahn [subway] line 6. In 8 minutes you are in the city (Kröpke/train station). 15 minutes to Messe Ost. TiHo and MHH are also easily accessible. Approx. 2-minute walk to the IHK :) Good bakery and supermarket around the corner. Ceiling height 2.05 m. Total of about 25 square meters (with hallway and bathroom). In our apartment you can feel comfortable with plenty of space for 4 people + 1 toddler. It is completely renovated. The listed house offers extra charm. The public transport connection is extremely good, so you can easily reach the trade fair, HCC and MHH or explore all of Hanover. Within walking distance is the Eilenriede city forest for walking, running, cycling and visiting playgrounds. The zoo is also within easy reach. Café and bakery with breakfast are in the neighborhood.

A beautiful 1.5 room flat awaits you. The flat is on the ground floor with a view of the forest. The surroundings are very quiet and ensure optimal relaxation. A 1.40 m wide box spring bed, a 160 cm wide sofa bed and a beautiful living room are at your disposal. There is a separate dressing room for your clothes. Within 8 minutes you can walk to the S-Bahn (suburban railway), which takes you to the main station within 5 minutes. The exhibition centre is 10 minutes away by car.

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.
