The San Marcos River house is situated on a quiet channel of the San Marcos River. It is less than a mile from downtown San Marcos and Texas State University and a 12 minute drive to San Marcos's Premium Outlet Malls. Rental of the house includes the entire property with large yard, a fire pit and several sitting areas overlooking the river. * IMPORTANT* River access can vary due to drought conditions. As of winter of 2024 the river is down several feet and our channel is not flowing as usual.

Lovely upstairs studio downtown vintage boutique

This vintage pink gem gleams from the heart of downtown San Marcos and is walking distance to a river swim, beautiful parks, Texas university and the downtown square. H‑E‑B, pizza, coffee shops and bars are in the same block so go explore! Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
