The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

Kick back and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. While not a literal treehouse, this home is perched in a canopy of trees that borders a peaceful hillside. This custom home was designed to take in the beauty of nature and unwind from daily life. Country contemporary style and beautiful views greet you inside. Enjoy a beverage on the back deck, get cozy by the fireplace, or sleep while gazing at the stars with two skylights above your bed. There is a 200' gravel pathway to the front door.

Pedernales River Cabana with Pool and Hot Tub

Picturesque guesthouse on the Pedernales River in the Hill Country. Off Hwy 71 between Austin & Marble Falls the property is close to wineries, breweries/distilleries, boating/fishing & the Hill Country Galleria. Krause Springs, Hamilton Pool, caves & ziplines are close by. Cook dinner in the outdoor kitchen or visit local restaurants. Relax by the pool or enjoy the large hot tub anytime of the year. Bring canoe, kayak, or boat to use from personal dock. Dock is under repair and not in service.

This farmhouse-modern tiny cabin is perched over a small hill country canyon at Wanderin’ Star Farms in Dripping Springs, Tx. The cabin has a wonderfully private back porch, upstairs reading loft, and a spa-like all in one shower + bathroom. Tuft and Needle mattress, Sonos sound, Roku Tv, Fellow/Chemex/Keurig coffee setup w/ locally roasted beans (upon request), wifi, motorized work table, wireless phone chargers, propane grill, and large porch table to gather for a meal, meeting, or work!

Once a horse stable, we saw the potential for this amazing space to not only host people, but to also inspire them. Named for the two heritage oaks whose branches embrace the space, Twin Oaks features 2 bedrooms with a spacious jack-and-jill-style bath. The living space sparkles, with natural light from wall-to-wall glass sliders bouncing off polished concrete floors. This unique place has a style all its own. Stand-alone guest house bedroom with full bath (shower.) On-site parking. This great space offers a lovely private entryway courtyard and is decorated with print art. Vaulted ceilings add to the spaciousness of the room. Two large windows let in plenty of light and a beautiful hill country view. Heating and cooling are provided with an efficient and quiet mini-split system. There’s also a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee. 100% cotton sheets.

Milda’s She Shed (Cozy Cabin)

Located on 4 acres nestled in the Hill Country just 30 minutes west of downtown Austin, our cabin is a great space for wine, beer, or distillery visits/tours. Hamilton Pool and Pedernales Falls are close by as well. Also a great spot if you’re coming for a wedding. ***Please note that this cabin has an incinerator toilet, called “Incinolet”. It is clean and easy to use, although somewhat rustic. We will provide instructions for proper use at check in.***
