Large cozy T1, garden floor, adjoining park thermal baths

Large independent ground floor T1 in a house with enclosed inner courtyard in the center of the village and 50 m from the thermal baths of Challes Les Eaux. Very quiet residential area. Amenities for a pleasant stay for two people and/or young children. 25 minutes from the Feclaz resort ( cross country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Margeriaz ( ski hiking, dog sledding...) . All shops and a cinema nearby as well as bus lines serving Chambéry in 15 minutes .

We welcome you to a 23 m² independent furnished studio, fitted out in our tastefully renovated farmhouse. It is located on a green hillside 2 steps from Chambéry, in a quiet area. Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... enjoy a fully renovated step-free accommodation in an old farmhouse 5 km from the resort of La Féclaz. It is attached to the main dwelling. Apartment with an area of 70 m2, it includes a large living room/kitchen, two bedrooms one with a bed of 160*200 cm and another with two beds of 90 x 200 cm. A wood-burning stove ( wood provided) is at your disposal in addition to underfloor heating. No pets allowed and the apartment is a non-smoking area.

Cozy quiet apartment in Bauges house

Relax in this quiet and cozy apartment on the ground floor of a Baujue home . A large separate bedroom and separate toilet bathroom. A parking space and cellar for your bikes if needed I'd love to advise you on your activities: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, canyoning, hiking, via ferrata... Chambéry 15 min, Lake Bourget 30 min, Annecy 1 hr, La Féclaz 15 min No parties, no pets, thank you for your understanding.

Independent studio in the heart of a village

We welcome you to our fully renovated studio in 2021. On the ground floor of our house with independent access. Double bed, bathroom, separate toilet, equipped kitchen. You have access to the shaded garden for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A private pétanque court is available as well as petanque balls. We live in a small village 25 min from Chambéry, at the gates of the Parc des Bauges.

Quiet and with fresh air, you are 7 minutes from the Féclaz ski resort, 20 minutes from Chambéry and the Hautes-Bauges, 40 minutes from the Margériaz ski resort On site, Camille practices wellness massages, teaches yoga classes. Florent, mountain guide, offers hikes for all levels, accompanied by Heidi and Doudou our donkeys.
