Old Maltings Annex

The annex is a lovely relaxing place to stay. Accessed by the main front door one then enters one's own private space. Recently converted it offers a fantastic double room. It is very light and airy. Fully heated so nice and cosy. There is a television with sky and wifi, table and chairs and basin. Downstairs there is a bathroom, with heated towel rail and luxury bath with hand held shower. twin room downstairs next to the bathroom. NO ACTUAL KITCHEN!! fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave

(not in view of each other) A beautifully converted garage/annex with its own independent access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden .
