The kingfisher Studio is one of two accommodations on site. The other being the Hare’s retreat ( not in view of each other) The Kingfisher has independent access and garden area. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the historical town of Bury St Edmunds. Surrounded by countryside, we have approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a double bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen/diner living room with a sofa bed.

Recently refurbished with great care and attention to detail, Paddy’s Cottage is a charming holiday cottage for short stays and weekend breaks. There’s a small patio area with wicker table and chairs close to the kitchen for al fresco dining. Well-behaved dogs are welcome too. You’ll love the west facing patio garden with views across the fields for fantastic Suffolk sunsets.
