(not in view of each other) A beautifully converted garage/annex with its own independent access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large double bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room with sofa bed.
