The studio has a private entrance from your own south facing balcony overlooking trees and the artistic apartment overlooks the garden with far sea view. Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.
