It is surrounded by a beautiful desert with mountain and city light views. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. Our property is close to 2 highways (I-17 and 101). We are about 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 min. from Sky Harbor Airport. We are 15 min from North Scottsdale.

Beautiful home located close to downtown Scottsdale, ASU,Fashion Square Mall, Mill Ave, Tempe Marketplace, Spring training fields. Rental includes full kitchen, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and living room and dining room. Home is not shared with owner or any other guests not in your own party. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles on our driveway and plenty of street parking also. Garage not included. Security camera outside front door & garage.
