Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Very Central location! Our house, Orange-a-lope Manor” is located just 10 minutes from Phoenix Skyharbor Int'l Airport. It's close to all freeways & sports venues. Tempe Diablo Stadium is 5 min away & ASU is just 15 minutes drive. The house is tucked in an older neighborhood between Arizona Grand Resort & the Buttes Resort. Great hiking trails, horseback riding, waterparks, and golf courses are all easily accessible. Come enjoy a private backyard oasis with a swimming pool and shaded patio.

1 Bedroom Casita guest house with queen bed. Seperate living room area with a full kitchen. Full bathroom with a walk in shower. 50 inch tv in the living room and 32 inch tv in the bedroom. Our casita has wifi. Everything is brand new in here including a new remodel. Casita is very private from the main house and has its own parking and outdoor area. Washer and dryer in the unit with everything else you need to enjoy your stay. Great location close to South Mountain, airport & downtown.

This unique stay is great for those who want to relax or work while exploring central Tempe. The main feature is a pool (heated) with an outdoor shower. The house has 3 rooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin daybed with a twin trundle that lays flat on the ground). There are two desks for those who want to work remotely . We are located 10 minutes drive from ASU and Mill Avenue (downtown Tempe). South Mountain < 10 minutes away, Sky Harbor Airport <15 minutes. No more than 6 guests at the house.

Private master sectioned off from the house with private entrance from street, small yard, and two private entrances to the house. All surfaces sanitized between guests! Famous South Mountain only 100 feet away (excellent spot for mountain bikers), or a public park across the street with tennis, volleyball, basketball -- can't get any closer to nature while still being in the city! We can send digital key for autonomous self check-in, never have to see hosts for maximum sanitization!

This is a private guesthouse consisting of a spacious modern bedroom, separate living room, and full bathroom (as one guest review said “larger than an apartment in NYC”) . It has beautiful mountain views in a quiet neighborhood. This house is only a 5 minute walk to two trailheads (Geronimo & MormonTrailhead) and the popular south mountain biking park and preserve.
