Welcome to the mountain! It's been in the family for five generations and is a relaxing, private getaway seven miles from town or short drive to many natural areas. The comfortable and spacious 4BD/2BA retreat is a pleasant walk to panoramic mountain views with stunning sunsets and sunrises. The home is set at the edge of the woods with great porch sittin' and a large front yard and fishing pond. Enjoy sitting around a campfire or snuggle up by a the cozy wood burning stove.

Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.

Located only 2.5 miles from Cummins Falls State Park and 5 miles from Tennessee Tech, which makes the location convenient while very private. Lots of trees and natural scenery. Deer, turkey and other wildlife frequently sited from back deck.
