The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

Completely newly refurbished and renovated apartment on the outskirts of Hamburg, very quietly located in the industrial area of Rellingen. Bus connection to Hamburg can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, to the city by bus or train in about 35 minutes. The apartment can accommodate at least 4 people. If necessary, a folding bed can be set up. It includes two bedrooms, a large living room with balcony, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with all utensils.

The apartment has a free parking space with access to an e-charging station and is 10 minutes by car from the Schnelsen fairgrounds, 15 minutes by car from Hamburg airport, 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

The large, extraordinary loft-like apartment is centrally located in the trendy Schanze and Altona district. Beautifully located in the backyard with lots of greenery. In addition to the relaxed bedroom, there is a large work/dining/living room with its own tea/coffee station , which is integrated in the entrance area. A large terrace with seating area offers space for relaxation. NOTE: Entrance is done and kitchen is shared.
