Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Ruhig und trotzdem zentral

Söhren in der Gemeinde Weede liegt ruhig aber doch zentral. Nach Bad Segeberg sind es ca. 10 km, nach Lübeck 25 und an die Ostsee ca. 30 km. Du findest im OG eines Einfamilienhauses 1 Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch (2 Pers), Küchenzeile umd Esstisch sowie ein Bad mit Dusche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Möglichkeiten, Essen zu gehen, gibt es hier leider nicht. Reist du mit Kindern an? Kein Problem: ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl kann gestellt werden.

Obgleich du nur 35 min entfernt von der Hamburger Innenstadt wohnst, hast du den Wald, Wiesen und Pferde direkt vor der Tür. Die kleine Ferienwohnung im "Bullerbü"-Stil ist neu eingerichtet und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und die Möglichkeit, draussen zu sitzen. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Weitere wichtige Hinweise: Wir wohnen selber im Haus nebenan und sind daher schnell vor Ort, sollte irgendetwas unklar sein.
