Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Meine ElbAlm steht für richtiges Bilderbuch Landleben. In der Nähe gibt es Kühe, Hühner, Esel und Felder. Und die Ruhe selbstverständlich auch. Warum ElbAlm? Die Elbe und der Deich sind in 15-20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hier erwartet dich ein richtiger Strand und einen leckeren Snack und passende Erfrischung gibt es hier im Sommer. Unsere ca. 90qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Norderstedt Stadtteil Glashütte, direkt im nord-westlichem Speckgürtel von Hamburg. Die Stadtmitte von Hamburg erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 1/2 Stunde, die umliegenden Moore zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten. Die sonnendurchflutete Ferienwohnung ist bunt und fröhlich eingerichtet und verfügt neben einem grossen TV über eine komplett eingerichtete Küche. Ein Gästeparkplatz befindet sich direkt auf dem Grundstück.

Furnished apartment in a quiet blind alley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers
