We are just a 5-min walk from downtown, so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out Rapid City. Sitting high above Mt Rushmore Road, light from 3 windows makes you feel above ground. Our back patio is nice for relaxing, and our location is convenient. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance).
