Enjoy your stay at our little house. it is located 10 minutes north of Williams, AZ. This is a little gem that is on it's own 5 acres of property. It has one bedroom with a queen bed. A sleeper couch that can fit two kids comfortably. A kitchen with basic amenities. A deck that you can enjoy with a BBQ grill. It is in a working neighborhood. It is conveniently located 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon. 15 minutes to Bearizona and the Grand Canyon Railway. Flagstaff is 35 minutes away.

Have relaxing fun at this quiet country cottage. Built in 2023, it sits on 10 acres, and we, the hosts live on site in a separate home about 150 feet away. We do not have pet or cleaning fees. You'll enjoy quiet surroundings with big skies and beautiful mountain views all around from your private deck. We're located only eight miles north of Williams and about 1 point 5 miles off the highway to the Grand Canyon, all on paved road, and just a 45 minute drive to the South Gate to the Canyon.
