Inside you can relax by reading in the library, playing games, or streaming tv. The caboose has a pull-out queen sofa bed that fits the cozy layout. We are also just a few miles from the popular “Hilltop” restaurant as well as McCormicks Creek State Park. Our mission is to make you feel like you never even left home. ☺️

We are 8 mi to Mccormick's Creek park, 5 mi to Monroe County fairgrounds, 4 mi to West side shopping and restaurants, 7 mi to Memorial Stadium, 8 mi to College mall, 19 mi to Fairfax beach, and 21 mi scenic drive to Nashville, IN.

Captain Bill’s Lake House. This majestic A-frame is at the entrance to the Cataract Lake boat ramp. The house will accommodate up to 7 guests, with three bedrooms and two full baths. All guests have full access to Captain Bill’s shared heated pool and surrounding gardens. Boat parking is provided on the property, inquire for details. Heated pool is seasonal beginning Mid May through September.
