This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Walking distance to Zionsville Village's main street with restaurants and shops. Close to the rail trail for your outdoor fitness wants and needs! This unique Black (exterior) & White (interior) two-unit-bungalow offers modern comfort and will make for a memorable stay. Enjoy two private walk-out decks and one small fenced in yard with this upper unit overlooking the lush surroundings and horse pastures in the distance. We consider a well behaved, house trained pet for an additional pet fee.

Welcome to paradise on the White River in Indianapolis! I personally designed, built, and lived in this house for six years - one of the best periods of my life. This charming house is located on the far northwest side of Indy. It has been recently updated inside and out. It sits in a quiet and serene setting located within minutes of Eagle Creek Park with convenient interstate access off of I-465 and I-65 to downtown and all parts of Indy. Includes a screened porch, outdoor second floor deck, gas grill, carport, and ample parking. A spacious yard and crushed gravel walking path around the back acreage to unwind. This is an outdoor lovers dream!

This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).
