1st row. Child friendly. This well-appointed Danish-style cottage is located directly on the water in the Water and Landscape Park in Otterndorf. You will find the gangway just a few steps from the house. The modern decor and the bright, wood-paneled walls and high sloping walls give the house a bright impression. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the water from the 21 m & # 178; partially covered terrace. The 33 m & # 178; large conservatory with large windows (sun protection for the windows) has wood burning stove, 2 seating areas and dining table for 12 people. From here there is a view of the beautiful water area. You can relax in front of the flat-screen TV with satellite dish and DVD player or in front of the wood-burning stove, which provides heat on cool days. The living room is open to the kitchen, which has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board.Living room and kitchen have allergy-friendly floor.There are a total of four bedrooms, all with blackout curtains or blinds.Two of the bedrooms have double beds with slatted bases and comfort mattresses.In the living room there are two alcoves with two single beds.These are typically the children's favorite places but can also easily be used by adults. All windows have insect screens. Both bathrooms have showers and underfloor heating. In addition to the Scandinavian sauna with therapy jets, one bathroom also has a whirlpool where you can enjoy the underwater massage. My self-built single-family home in 2019 is located on a forest road in Buchholz in the beautiful Nordheide on a large plot of land. I designed and built this house myself during my parental leave and hope it offers you everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The house has three levels and consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It offers a lot for children and dogs and is only 30km from Hamburg!

Die Kajüte is located in Barlt and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 40 m² accommodation is spread over two floors and features a living room as well as a kitchen. Upstairs, which you reach via a steep, narrow staircase, you will find the bedroom and the bathroom with toilet. Die Kajüte has its own small garden area and offers space for two people. Use of a washing machine is possible on request and for an extra fee.

Villa in the Altes Land Hamburg - for large groups

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations. The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.

A well-maintained outdoor pool is surrounded by a wooden deck, providing ample space for relaxation. The bright blue water contrasts with the natural greenery of the landscaped garden. A charming house with a red-tiled roof is visible in the background, complemented by a sunny sky.
