Dear guests, our quiet but centrally located semi-detached house is located in Norderstedt Mitte (near Hamburg). Within walking distance: U1 station Norderstedt Mitte (within approx. 7-8 min.) as well as the bus station, all shopping facilities, as well as doctors. Reachable by car: Airport approx. 20 min. AEZ shopping center approx. 25 min. Hamburg city center approx. 45 min. Hamburg harbor approx. 30 min. The free parking lot is right next to the house and the terrace in front of it.

A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The apartment is located in a modern annex of 65 m², is completely barrier-free and has its own entrance. The bright and spacious living room with dining area is complemented by an open, fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a bed of 1.8/2.0 m and plenty of closet space. The location in the green and quiet Alstertal with hiking trails and canoe rental invites you to relax. It is a 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn and bus station. From there, the city can be reached in 30 minutes.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.
