The apartment is well located, functional, pleasant, affordable, very quiet, no underfloor heating, extended walks in the nearby forest are available. 10 minutes to the highway exit A7. Welcome to our home! We rent a cozy, and large sheep/living room with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor of the house. The apartment is located in Fulda - Kohlhaus. Parking spaces are available at the top of the street for free. By car, you'll be downtown in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes walking from the apartment. Shopping is good at the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. By foot about 18 min.

My apartment (about 100 square meters) is comfortably furnished and has a magnificent view of the countryside. It is located in a district of the city of Schlüchtern, close to Brandenstein Castle. From here there are a variety of hiking trails in the nearby and surrounding area. TIP: The apartment is a great base for geocachers.

Two lively, friendly dogs live on the farm.
