Gaither house is a historic home located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood in Morganton, Burke County, North Carolina. Conveniently located near Command Decisions paintball, Simms Country BBQ- The Molasses Festival, Red Cedar Farms Wedding Venue, Shadowline Vineyards, numerous hiking trails, and much more. 15 minutes to the heart of Hickory, 15 minutes to Lenior, and 25 minutes to Statesville

This comfy, cute, and stylish family home is located near Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Stay in and cook a warm meal while relaxing indoors or step out outside and have a seat on the bench under the covered front porch. Listen to the birds singing while flying about in the nearby tree. We personally live close to the property and will be available if you need us.

In the middle of the woods. Far from the sounds of civilization and light pollution, in the beautiful blue ridge mountains. 35 minutes from ASU. One master bedroom and one loft bedroom with 2 full baths. Outside fire pit and indoor wood stove (we provide firewood 🪵) Central A/C (window unit supplements the central a/c in the upstairs portion of the house) and gas heat. Large covered porches on the front and back of the house, back porch is screened in with outdoor dining area.

Located just one mile off of I-40, this newly renovated 1BR/1BA fully detached above garage apartment has all the comforts of home. Located within minutes of Downtown Morganton and five minutes from the NC School of Math and Science, you’ll be nestled in a quiet wooded neighborhood. Our family lives on the property so you can rest assure that you’ll be taken care of. There are small children in our home so there will likely be fun and laughter happening in the shared yard space.
