Located in the middle of the historic district, a few hundred meters from the marina, dam park, restaurants and shopping. The home is 165 m2 + 40 m2 courtyard. It consists of a spacious kitchen, toilet, laundry room and large living room with access to a private courtyard. In the historic and cozy Lille Klingbjerg area, this newly renovated apartment is located. Bright and spacious and overlooking a cozy green backyard. The apartment has its own private courtyard. The area is quiet and located a few minutes from the pedestrian zone and the center. On the same street is the theater mill and small cozy shops (retro lamps, vintage residential interiors and a small butcher shop). Grocery stores 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. It is not allowed to throw a party in the apartment.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

The city is surrounded by nature, has a cathedral and cozy streets. Close to the highway.

Velkommen på landet. På Gården, har vi vores tinyhouse, her er plads til 2-3 personer, efter velvilje. Der er garage og bålplads, man kan købe morgenmad for 20kr pr pers og aftensmad for 40kr pr pers, varsling er nødvendigt. Vi kan også hjælpe med tøjvask. Vær obs på, at der endnu ikke er bad og toilet ude ved vognen, så man skal ind i huset og bruge vores toilet og bad, prisen er sat herefter. Vi har hunde!

Note: Cleaning costs is 25 Euro for two, 26 Euro plus 7 Euro (33 Euro) for three and then an additional 7 Euro per person - regardless of duration of your stay.
