Boligen er 165 m2+40 m2 gårdhave. Den består af rummeligt køkken, toilet, bryggers og stor stue med udgang til privat gårdhave. Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

I det historiske og hyggelige Lille Klingbjerg område, ligger denne nyrenoverede lejlighed. Lys og rummelig og med udsigt til en hyggelig grøn baggård. Lejligheden har egen privat gårdhave. Området er roligt og beliggende få minutter fra gågaden og centrum. På samme gade ligger teatret møllen og små hyggelige butikker (retro lamper, vintage bolig interiør og en lille slagterbutik). Dagligvare butikker 5-10 minutters gang fra lejligheden. Det er ikke tilladt at holde fest i lejligheden.

It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Tinyhouse på vores lille farm.

Velkommen på landet. På Gården, har vi vores tinyhouse, her er plads til 2-3 personer, efter velvilje. Der er garage og bålplads, man kan købe morgenmad for 20kr pr pers og aftensmad for 40kr pr pers, varsling er nødvendigt. Vi kan også hjælpe med tøjvask. Vær obs på, at der endnu ikke er bad og toilet ude ved vognen, så man skal ind i huset og bruge vores toilet og bad, prisen er sat herefter. Vi har hunde!
