Downtown Hide in Plain Sight Home

The house is located over 100' from the road, but is within view when you drive by. Parking is hidden from the street. A Verizon cell tower camouflaged as a pine tree is on the property. You will be 2 blocks from the Courthouse Square where you will find lots of shopping and restaurants, and is home to the Magnolia Blossom Festival in May. You will also be less than 2 miles from the Southern Arkansas University campus. I live in the neighborhood, and can usually be reached quickly if needed.

"Bucking Bull Bunkhouse" on Bucking Bull Farm

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close to many local hunting clubs and 15 minutes from Lewisville AR. Only 35 minutes to Magnolia AR. Owners live close by for any unexpected problems.
