Cozy enough just for two, however- for larger groups, the main house can be booked separately (if available). Separate parking available for each. Must use stairs to enter The Quaint. The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.

Downtown Hide in Plain Sight Home

The house is located over 100' from the road, but is within view when you drive by. Parking is hidden from the street. You will be 2 blocks from the Courthouse Square where you will find lots of shopping and restaurants, and is home to the Magnolia Blossom Festival held the 3rd weekend in May. You will also be less than 2 miles from the Southern Arkansas University campus. I live in the neighborhood, and can usually be reached quickly if needed.
