“Perfect stay for a weekend getaway for two! Kevin and Nancy were responsive hosts and made us feel welcomed before and during our stay. The house was cozy and clean. The big windows in the living area made for quiet, serene mornings and we enjoyed a take-out dinner on the patio in the evening. Close to Lake Dardanelle and about 45 min to Petit Jean State Park if you’re looking for outdoor adventures in Arkansas. Bonuses: WiFi speed was fast and the shower pressure was amazing! Would love to stay at the Crooked Tree tiny house again!”
This is the original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with full kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. Close to Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airports, and shopping. Large fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a grill & firepit. If the space is not available for the dates needed take a look at my other listings.
“Staying in the Barn House was so amazing! My girlfriend and I were on a cross country trip and could not have been more happy to be able to crash for the night here. Deanna was so friendly and we would highly recommend choosing her place to stay!”
A 270 sq ft home fully equipped in downtown Little Rock. Dogs are allowed but they count as guests, so $5 each. 6 minutes from the air port, a 3 minute walk from McArthur Park which includes a dog park, a 5 minute walk from SOMA's nightlife and restaurants, and a few blocks from the Governors Mansion.
“If you have any reservations about staying at the tiny house, get rid of them and book your stay. Although it fell just a wee bit out of my budget, the results were worth it, as I was looking for a private, Covid-safe space. The house is nestled perfectly on a quaintly landscaped lot with chickens and a picket fence. Inside, the house is as beautiful as it is in pictures, and is plenty of room for at least 2 people. The pantry is fully stocked with breakfast snacks and coffee, and the hosts have kindly suggested activities nearby. The house is clean, and the hosts suggest that you leave the bathroom fan running after you leave to bring in fresh air for COVID safety. The experience was a total pleasure, all throughout!”
