This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

Cute, comfy cottage, 1bdr/1bath located on US 129 The Dragon. Sleeps 4, 1 qb in private br. 1 full pullout couch in LR (comfy). Full bath, kitchenette. Outside grill. All the amenities supplied. We are just minutes away from The Tail of The Dragon, GSMNP., The Smoky Mtn Speedway. We are 21 minutes from The Shed, 25 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport, 35 minutes from UT. We are in the country, but still only 15/20 minutes back to town. Watch your speed and animals. We are in the country!!!

Come and enjoy staying at Smokey Branch Hideaway, located about five miles from the entrance of The Tail of the Dragon on Highway 72. The entire lower floor with 2 bedrooms 1 bath and kitchenette. Utensils including pots and pans and spices. Big screen TV in kitchen/living and led TVs in both bedrooms. Wonderful views of Tellico lake and the Smokey Mountains. Long term stays for more than 4 guests not recommended due to limited space in living area. Absolutely no more than 6 adult guests.
