Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in the summer. There is a short distance to a good beach and nature area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood stove is NOT included.

You can also bring the kayak. Enjoy nature with a fantastic sunrise or sunset, tranquility, silence and "Dark Sky". 12 km to shopping, Spar, Ebberup.

Idyllic skipper's house in the heart of Marstal

A cozy old, low-ceiling house with a lovely courtyard. Continuously modernized. The house contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and good closet space, a smaller room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, closet and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. No pets allowed.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

The house is a little low ceilinged in the kitchen.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Whether you arrive to our cottage from the sea in your kayak, are trekking by the Archipelago Trail (Øhavstien) or have come by car and have walked the few hundred meters with your luggage in the trolley available at your disposal, we are sure, that you will find this location breathtaking. The summerhouse is renovated in 2020. Includes 2 floors with 36 m2 on each floor. The top floor contains bright living room/kitchen with panoramic views of Feddet and Lillebælt. The bottom floor contains 2 rooms, bathroom and hallway. From both rooms, there is direct access out. Good indoor staircase between floors, there is security gate from living room.
