Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May to September, you can book for 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

There are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fish cleaning area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. This apartment is located in a small village 3 km from Rudkøbing on Midtlangeland. The apartment is in the main house on an old family farm. There is NO kitchen in the apartment, but a small fridge, electric kettle, microwave and service. There is also the possibility (most days) to buy breakfast for DKK 90 per person. (Children under 12 years, DKK 50) On Langeland, there is beautiful nature and nice beaches. The nearest beach is about 3 km away. Svendborg/Fyn (20 km) is not far away.

Welcome to our lovely, refurbished townhouse of 63 m2, which is located in one of Marstal's most idyllic streets, a few minutes' walk from everything. The house is on two floors and has a cozy living room with the possibility of extra beds, a dining room and a nice little kitchen with access to a closed, south-facing courtyard. The 1st floor has two separate bedrooms. You bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Smaller dogs are also welcome.

The house is a stone's throw from the harbor and Kalkovnen and within walking distance of the beach, the pedestrian street and shopping. The house has a good atmosphere and is decorated with a combination of authentic and modern details. There is plenty of opportunity for relaxation, cycling and experiences in the nature of Ærø.

Deceleration on the island of Ærø

The guesthouse is only 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is set up for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, also a swing and sandbox for your youngest. You will surely watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". Certainly contributes to this, that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, on foot or on horseback.

Bright and spacious annex - even if it's only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places in the loft and one on the couch in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably secluded. Note: There is hot water, even if the listing says otherwise! You must bring your own bed linen, etc.

Our cottage is just a stone's throw from a charming harbor environment, where there is both the opportunity to eat and let the children play in the large playground. The lovely beach, Halen, with a swimming bridge is only 800 meters away, perfect for a day of sun and sea. Shopping opportunities with small shops in the pedestrian street and grocery shopping with a bakery are about 1 km from the cottage.
